If you’ve walked through difficulty, I want to encourage you. Step out of what has been your past. Step up into what God has spoken over you.

Sometimes God simply asks us to leave the familiar and follow Him into something new, simply because He wants us to know Him more deeply. So today, the invitation is to step into your “kayak" with God and discover Him. The invitation is not to do more or try harder; His invitation is to “be with” Him.

Something caught my attention—a bright yellow kayak resting on a rack under the stairs. I discovered life lessons about saying “yes...” when faced with the things I didn’t know and I wasn’t sure how it would work out.
